Hathcoat Funeral Services, a family-owned and operated establishment dedicated to providing compassionate and professional funeral services to families in Brookland, AR, along with the surrounding communities in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee.
Founded by Danny and Lisa Hathcoat, we understand the challenges and emotional difficulties that arise when planning a funeral. We are committed to guiding you through every step of honoring your loved one with dignity, grace, empathy, respect, and attention to detail.

John moved to the Manila , AR from San Antonio, Tx and soon makes his home in Jonesboro, AR. John takes excellent care of those under his direction and great pride in a job well done towards for families in our care.
John was without a doubt a great choice for HFS as we have seen his personal work at the funeral service of Lisa's father.
John will Direct our funeral services, Manage our day-to-day funeral business and help with your funeral insurance pre-needs.

Jamey a lifetime resident of Northeast AR and has lived in Craighead County since 1999. Jamey and his wife Amanda have 4 Children, Anna (Gary) Jaxton, Jace and Amelia and proud grandparents of Nicholas and Jonathan. Jamey a retired Law Enforcement Office of 29 years, serving the communities of Trumann, Lake City and Craighead County. Jamey served as School Resource Office and DARE Officer for 6 schools in Craighead County, including Brookland.
Jamey Pastors at Dixie Church, enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching his kid's sports teams and is loving the Papaw gig and Avid Dallas Cowboys fan (don't' hold that against him).
Jamey has lived a lifetime of serving his community with dignity and compassion and will extend the same to your family.
Jamey's son is being trained up at a young age to serve others as well, each time he has the opportunity.

Betty is our apprentice funeral director. Betty is a compassionate and dedicated member of our team, she brings years of experience from her time with the Arkansas Crime information center and AllCare Home care, where she developed a strong commitment to helping others.
Outside of work Betty enjoys spending time with her husband Seth, and their two beautiful daughters, Macie and Finly.
Betty's kindness, professionalism, and caring heart make her a valued part of our Funeral Home family.
